If your item arrived damaged, you need to contact us within 3 days of receiving item and include pictures of the item, the damage, the original packing (bubble wrap, paper, packing peanuts, etc) and box (inside and out) whether it was considered damaged in shipping or not. We always insure our shipments. During the claims process, we ask that you retain the original box, packing materials and item until the process is finished as well as comply with any verification the insurance company needs. Per the insurance company, items can't be shipped back to us until the claims process is finished.
