Refund policy

Please read through our policies before finalizing your purchase.

Please, no refunds, cancellations or exchanges. Most of our items are vintage or antique, which are used or aged so our items are sold "as is". Refunds or exchanges are not accepted unless we erroneously forgot to mention a major flaw. We buy items that we personally love from estate sales, auctions, flea markets, thrift stores, etc. We do our very best to list the condition of our items as well as show pictures. Age appropriate wear is part of buying vintage and antique items. By purchasing, you understand that you are buying a used item that may have wear and/or flaws. It is important to read the full description of the item.

We never knowingly sell a damaged item or an item with a missing piece. Any items with flaws are mentioned in the listing and show pictures as it probably lends to the items character. Manufacturer made "defects" (i.e. bubbles in mouth blown glass, shape of the way a metal item is forged) are not considered damage and do not qualify for refunds. If you aren't sure about an item, please ask questions before purchasing.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send us a message before leaving feedback. We'd prefer to see if something mutual could be worked out.

If an item is returned for a refund (unless it's due to damage), the buyer is responsible for return shipping. If your item arrived damaged, you need to contact us within 3 days of receiving item and include pictures of the item, the damage, the original packing (bubble wrap, paper, packing peanuts, etc) and box (inside and out) whether it was considered damaged in shipping or not. We always insure our shipments. During the claims process, we ask that you retain the original box, packing materials and item until the process is finished as well as comply with any verification the insurance company needs. Per the insurance company, items can't be shipped back to us until the claims process is finished. If we are not contacted within 3 days with any questions or concerns regarding your item, we will not accept any returns. Item must be returned within 7 days of agreed return/exchange in the very same condition we shipped it in. Refund/exchange will be via same method of payment for cost of item only. No refunds on shipping cost.

Items returned without seller authorization will not be refunded.

No refunds cancellations or exchanges. Please contact me with any issues within 3 days of delivery. Refusal to pay import duties/taxes/vat will result in the item being returned with additional shipping charges or destroyed. If returned there may be a refund minus all shipping related costs. If destroyed, no refunds.

EU regulations do not apply to this shop, if that changes then the buyer has 14 days to contact seller and all shipping costs to and from will not be reimbursed.
